As the AVP, Strategic Projects, you will play a pivotal role in working with industry associations and stakeholders to develop and oversee industry-focused initiatives that align with our mission. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Projects, you will facilitate collaboration among industry members, drive knowledge-sharing, and spearhead action-oriented programs that support Singaporeans in achieving leadership success on the global stage.
We are open to individuals joining us in a full time, part time or fractional capacity
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Engagement & Partnership Development: Establish and strengthen relationships with industry associations, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to drive industry-focused initiatives.
- Collaboration & Networking: Facilitate meaningful collaboration and knowledge exchange among industry members to support the professional growth of Singaporeans in regional and global roles.
- Programme Development & Execution: Design, implement, and oversee initiatives that enhance leadership development, industry-specific training, and global exposure opportunities for Singaporean professionals.
- Strategic Planning & Alignment: Ensure that industry engagement efforts are aligned with our broader objectives of talent development and global leadership readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with government agencies, industry bodies, and corporate leaders to advocate for policies and initiatives that support Singaporeans in their global career aspirations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess the effectiveness of industry initiatives, and report on outcomes to inform strategic improvements.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Organize and facilitate industry dialogues, panel discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to address emerging trends and best practices in leadership development and talent mobility.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Policy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Relevant experience in industry engagement, leadership development, corporate partnerships, or talent mobility is preferred.
- Experience working with industry associations, government agencies, or corporate stakeholders is a plus.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders and government representatives.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities, with a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, leadership development, and workforce mobility.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders.
